• Profile information — name, years of experience, current role, target role, and other optional fields you complete in the practice session form. This information is used only to personalise your coaching session and is not stored on our servers.
• Session data — your practice answers and AI-generated feedback exist only during your active session and are not retained after the session ends.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

• Send you your requested session debrief or summary.
• Send occasional coaching tips and product updates, where you have given consent.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

3. Legal Basis (PIPEDA)

CloseWon operates under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect and process your personal information only with your consent, obtained at the point of email submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.

4. How We Store Your Information

Email addresses collected through CloseWon are stored securely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate CloseWon:

• Resend — for transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate AI coaching responses. Your session inputs are processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not share your email address with Anthropic.
• Netlify — for website hosting and serverless functions.
• Gumroad — for payment processing. We do not store payment information.

6. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
